.. why are there still nx threads?

Why are there still nx threads not deleted in the market section when the mods clearly said no nx selling allowed in http://sleepywood.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1607696 ? mods don't enforce their own rules ._.'

This has already been made clear that selling NX through MTS is to be allowed. If you see users selling it by any other means then report the threads and they will be dealt with.

wasn't that clear, to me at least after EVERY single nx thread got deleted a few days ago.

are "s> nx through mts or gift" still allowed though?

Gifting can be easily scammed, only MTS sales are permitted.

Some of the staff were confused on the new NX rule as well. It should all be straightened out now and any wrongful infractions given were reversed.

ok thanks, but are threads with "S> NX through MTS and Gift" still allowed? I understand gifting isn't allowed, but what if it's in the same thread?

Usually it matters what's in the thread contents and not the actual title. If you have or see a thread that mentions gifting.. just report it and ask for a title change.
