Okay on the rankings i have a NX hat and I dont own a NX hat WTF

I think it has something to do with the Scarlion and Targa Hats.

Its like when Pirates first came out, their weapons appeared as random common weapons on the rankings.

Nope, it turns out as a random Cash Shop Hat, there was another thread about it.
