Do skills buff faster when your on rope?

Buffing MW and gen takes a super long time, but when on rope it buffs almost instantly. Is that true for all skills?

Most likely.
Most skills being buffed on rope is faster than casting on the ground.

I find that when on a rope i can use a skill slightly faster cause theres no stop moving, and start moving times inbetween

Rope buffing cancels the delay period after using a skill.

Spell Booster buffs faster on ropes, you don't have those few moments after buffing that just makes you stand there.
