Nope, the attacker must be inside the same map as the leecher in order for the leecher to get exp.

Then the buyer will only get the regular leech exp. Another way of doing this however, is to hire a "KO mule". The mule is usually a higher lvl attacker (10x+) that will kill the bf after the seller dies. The buyer will get 2.12m - 400K exp. Once the buyer can successfully kill the bf without difficulty, he/she can obtain the whole 2.12m exp.

You need to realize advanced bf leech is only for those who are eager to lvl twice per bf at lowest level possible. For a lvl 26, he/she will lvl twice per bf anyway with 1x all the way up to lvl 38 (there is no reason to even think of doing advanced bf). If you hire a "KO mule" that will kill the bf for you after seller dies...then you can experience premium bf whenever you can hit the bf or have a pg mule. But most buyers doesn't have that luxury...so I should say...majority of premium bf buyers are lvl 8x+.
